Meet us at the AAOS Annual Meeting in New Orleans, US, from March 2 to 6.

CSR Policy

Committed to responsible growth, we structure our CSR approach around three pillars: the environment, well-being at work, and local development.

Our CSR approach and commitments

As a leading player in the subcontracting industry for the healthcare sector, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is far more than a formality, it’s a true guiding principle. Fully aware of our role and impact, we are committed to adopting a sustainable and ethical approach that balances economic performance, environmental respect, and the well-being of our employees.
We ensure that our growth is responsible by focusing on four core pillars.

Our commitment is built on four core pillars

Reducing our environmental footprint

As a company operating in the healthcare sector, we recognize that our choices impact the health of the planet and therefore human health. For many years, we have been actively committed to reducing our carbon footprint. Our production sites and support services continually implement measures to enhance our environmental performance throughout our manufacturing processes.

Promoting well-being and quality of life at work

We believe that employee well-being and quality of life at work are essential to both performance and personal fulfillment. We actively foster a healthy, inclusive, and motivating work environment through dedicated initiatives. Our ongoing actions aim to improve working conditions, strengthen team cohesion, and encourage a healthy work–life balance.

Supporting local development and National Causes

We stand alongside local and national stakeholders to promote a sustainable and socially responsible economy. Through partnerships and involvement in civic initiatives, we actively contribute to regional vitality and help build a more inclusive future.

Ensuring compliance and ethical practices

Ethics and integrity are core values at Selenium Medical. We are committed to maintaining transparent and responsible business practices across all our operations.

Gender Equality Index 2025

As part of our commitment to professional equality between women and men, we publish our Gender Equality Index for the year 2025, in accordance with French regulations.

For 2025, the company achieved an overall score of 98 out of 100, a significant increase compared to the score of 87 out of 100 obtained in 2024. This result reflects the actions implemented to ensure professional and pay equity.

The 2025 score is broken down as follows:

  • Indicator 1 – Gender pay gap: 38/40 points

  • Indicator 2 – Gap in individual salary increase rates: 35/35 points

  • Indicator 3 – Percentage of female employees receiving a pay rise upon return from maternity leave: 15/15 points

  • Indicator 4 – Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the top 10 highest-paid employees: 10/10 points

Through this score, we reaffirm our commitment to promoting gender equality in the workplace, combating all forms of discrimination, and continuing our actions in favor of diversity and equal opportunities.
