These cover surface treatment, plastic injection and packaging. With the ultimate aim of guaranteeing patients’ well-being. Today, our services are organized around four main activities: cleanroom plastic injection, surface treatment, cleaning and assembly, and sterile and non-sterile packaging. Finally, thanks to the expertise of our teams, developed from our own products and processes, we cover all stages of medical device development. We offer customized support, including R&D, consulting, qualification and validation of special processes and associated tests. Furthermore, through the development of these 4 activities, we have broadened our scope to meet the needs of different sectors such as orthopedics, dentistry, soft tissue, robotics and in vitro diagnostics.

OMTEC, or Orthopedic Manufacturing & Technology Exposition and Conference, is the must-attend event for professionals in the medical and orthopedic sector. Selenium Medical will be exhibiting at Orthomanufacture 2024 from May 15 to 16 in Besançon, France.

Orthomanufacture: a new edition in France

Orthomanufacture is an annual trade event held alternately in France and Switzerland. After an edition in Switzerland in April 2023, the event returns to France for the 2024 edition. This time, it takes place in the Besançon region, at Arc-Et-Senans, at La Saline Royale, on May 15 and 16.

These two days will showcase the latest advances in the fields of orthopedics, traumatology, spine and dental. A wide range of activities will be represented, including casting, additive manufacturing, machining, surface coatings, finishing and packaging, as well as materials suppliers, companies involved in inspection and testing, laboratories, surface characterization and more. There will also be a number of conferences.

This year’s event is expected to attract between 200 and 250 visitors and participants. They include company directors, R&D engineers, project managers, production managers, buyers, sales people, quality specialists and other decision-makers.

Orthomanufacture 2024: Selenium Medical back again

The show provides an ideal platform for discovering the latest innovations and exchanging knowledge. But also to obtain information on technical, medical and regulatory developments in the sector.
